Objective
Create a unifying event for the T-Bank IT department, accommodating 400 guests—all IT specialists—while providing a variety of zones to cater to all participants
Solution
Using GPT-chat, we developed the concept “City of the Future: A Futuristic Tech Marathon.”
An ideal venue was selected—a high-tech space commonly used for concerts, featuring exposed metal structures and industrial elements. Inspired by the concept, we transformed it into a futuristic ghetto, where the future meets artifacts of the past. The venue was filled with neon lights and underground lounges, creating a borderline-legal atmosphere.
All screens on-site became AI-generated advertising billboards, flashing and "chasing" guests with dynamic, personalized content. The event zones were styled to match the futuristic city theme:
The hookah area turned into a smoking lounge.
The poker zone became an underground casino.
Guests participated in a digital art masterclass, creating artwork from artifacts of the past.
Interactive games using augmented reality added another layer of immersion.
The evening’s grand finale was a cyberpunk DJ concert accompanied by a symphony orchestra. The meticulously crafted atmosphere served as a time machine, transporting guests into a vibrant, futuristic city for a few unforgettable hours.
