Objective
Celebrate a 35th birthday in a unique and dazzling way.
Solution
For this event, we created an immersive theater experience, transforming the celebration into a journey back to the salons of the early 20th century.
Guests entered not just a bar or a birthday party but were transported into an atmospheric salon. They were greeted by Madame Kira and her little page Anatoly, who followed her everywhere, while ballerinas in tutus performed classical ballet to modern music.
The event took place at Shalom Shanghai, a bar located in the basement of a historic building with brick arches and dim lighting, perfectly setting the scene.
As additional decor, we curated an art gallery reminiscent of the early 20th century, featuring portraits of the birthday celebrant created with the help of artificial intelligence.
Throughout the evening, new guests "blown in by the snowstorm" added surprises to the salon’s atmosphere: a drum orchestra, a Romani caravan, the unexpectedly arriving "Count Orlov" with his unique DJ set that seamlessly transitioned into live violin performances, and many other fascinating and unusual characters.
Champagne served from an ice sculpture, black and red caviar, and an atmosphere of luxury perfectly encapsulated the expansiveness of the Russian soul.
